Absolute Signature Experience 

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am renting equipment from Absolute Signature Experience and agree to the following terms and conditions.

I understand that I am fully responsible for all rented equipment during the rental period and will exercise reasonable care to protect it from loss, theft, damage, or misuse.

I further understand that all equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, normal wear and tear excepted. If any equipment is returned damaged, excessively dirty, missing, or otherwise not returned in its original condition, I may forfeit part or all of my security deposit. I also authorize Absolute Signature Experience to charge the credit card on file for any additional costs associated with repair, replacement, cleaning, or recovery of the rented equipment that exceed the amount of the security deposit. 

I acknowledge that the use of rental equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use, setup, operation, and occupancy of the rented equipment.

I understand and agree that all children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using or being near the rented equipment. 
I accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of all participants, guests, and invitees during the rental period.

I agree that all equipment will be used in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with any instructions provided by Absolute Signature Experience.

I am responsible for inspecting all equipment upon delivery and agree to notify Absolute Signature Experience immediately of any damage, defects, missing items, or concerns prior to use. 

Use of the equipment constitutes acknowledgment that the equipment was received in acceptable condition.

I further agree that Absolute Signature Experience, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the use or misuse of the rented equipment, including injuries sustained by minors, guests, or third parties. 

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me.
